The Blue Goose Saloon is a family run restaurant and bar with a friendly and nostalgic essence. It all started over 65 years ago when Fred and Norine bought their ’48 Pontiac Silver Streak convertible; fondly named “The Blue Goose”. Unfortunately, for the convertible Blue Goose, Fred and Norine soon began to have their brood of five terrific kids. A convertible was not going to be practical for long, so it was traded in. However, when two of those terrific kids grew older (and older), they decided to open a restaurant and bar. Bob and Denise began to think of a name that would capture their family’s heart and spirit. It seemed a natural name to honor their parents, who inspired their children to always work hard, be kind and have fun. So, please join us at The Blue Goose Saloon for some fun, a kind word and great food and beverages!
